From many Construction projects of his early life, some  worth mentioning…Uttar Pradesh Pavilion, Bihar Pavilion at Pragati Maiden which were constructed in record time of 90 days and 40 days, an unbelievable execution of work at that time. APPU GHAR , India’s First Amusement Park was founded by him with his own investments in historical time frame of 46 days.

Being the only one expert in amusement park Industry at that time. He had set up  11 Amusement parks for various cities in India on turn key basis.

Another project was awarded by Pune Municipal Corporation for Roller Coaster Based Transport System on BOOT Basis but due to non- precedence in India for  commercial space utilization for stations at that time delayed implantation but now a project with bright future is being perused with various agencies.
